Chilli Oil Mix Cracker
Ingredients
Wholemeal flour
Chilli Oil Mix – Any flavour you like- original or peanut sesame
Water
Salt (optional)
Method
to make Chilli Oil Mix Cracker, take wholemeal flour in a bowl and add Chilli Oil Mix as per your taste. Add little salt but its optional. You can use any flour you like.
Add little water to bind the flour and make a dough. Cover the dough with tea towel and let it rest for 30 mins.
Meanwhile preheat the oven at 160 degree celcius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Put some flour on the board and then roll the dough with a rolling pin into 1-2 mm thick sheet. Using a cookie cutter cut into cracker size and bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown. Keep an eye as every oven is different.
Cool on rack. Serve Chilli Oil Mix Cracker with your choice of topping or with our yogurt chilli oil mix dip or creamy dip.
