Had a long day or don’t have that energy to cook. Yet you want a yummy meal. Try this Asian dish. Simple and full of flavours and quick and easy to cook. With just handful of ingredients you can create a dish you will feel proud of.
Ingredients:
4 cup par boiled rice
1 carrot finely diced
1 cup green beans finely diced
½ cup vegan mock meat finely diced
½ cup onion finely diced
Salt to taste
Peanut & Sesame Chilli Oil Mix
Method:
Firstly, put 1 tbsp Peanut & Sesame Chilli Oil in the wok/fry pan on medium heat. Then add onions and saute’ till translucent. Add vegan mock meat or tofu and saute’ for 3-4 minutes. Add carrot and beans or any vegetables you have in your fridge.For example bok choy, cauliflower, zucchini and many more. Stir fry it for 3-4 mins. Add rice and salt and mix well. Add Peanut Sesame Chilli Oil Mix and stir until heated through.
Sprinkle with peanuts, sesame seeds and top with finely chopped spring onions. Drizzle Peanut & Sesame Chilli Oil Mix for that extra zing. Serve immediately.
