Creamy Pasta drizzled with Chilli Oil Mix
Take any pasta dish to next level. Creamy Pasta drizzled with Chilli Oil Mix is just one of the ways to make pasta divine. Drizzle it on any
1 tablespoon Chilli oil from the Chilli Oil mix jar.
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
500g vegetables of your choice, cut into 12cm-long ribbons (see tip)
300ml pure cream or Vegan cream
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan (or vegan hard cheese)
60g baby spinach
Basil leaves to garnish
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions until tender, usually 10-12 minutes. once cooked drain the water.
Meanwhile, heat Chilli Oil and butter in a large, Add garlic and walnuts. Cook under light brown. Add vegetables
of your choice. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add cream and
parmesan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Add baby spinach and pasta to veggie mixture.
Season with Original – Chilli Oil Mix. Toss to combine with pasta and walnuts. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve Creamy Pasta hot drizzled with Chilli Oil Mix.
Tip: Vegetables I like in my creamy pasta is broccoli, red capsicum, asparagus but the choices are many.
