Ingredients:
Bread
Avocado
Cherry Tomato
Cilantro
Thyme, parsley or basil for garnishing
Salt as per taste
CHILLI OIL MIX
Method:
Toast a slice of bread. Smash or slice a avocado. Cut cherry tomato in half. Finely chop cilantro and thyme or any herb of your choice. Put Avocado on the toast, then add cherry tomatoes on top and garnish with herbs. them on the toasted slice. Add salt to taste. Drizzle Chilli Oil Mix and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast.
